Our first Foodies festival is fast approaching and we’re getting really excited!
In addition to the fine selection of street vendors, bars and DJ that you can expect to meet as discussed in our previous blog we’re happy to announce that we’ve added two new traders to the event.
Ridiculously Rich by Alana offers divine handmade cakes that are just too good to share. OK, that’s mean, but it’s true – we’ve tried the brownies and the caramel slices and the peanut butter fudge cake, OK and the flapjack too. And maybe some more… maybe, so we speak with authority. Alana won The Apprentice in 2016 so she’s no stranger to starting up in business. Ridiculously Rich began as a kitchen table affair in West Wales and has gone on to become a national concern for sweet-toothed cake lovers throughout Britain. Today she has ambassadors through out the UK and we are pleased that her Northampton ambassador Nicola will be coming to Foodie.
Catering Events (Good Polish Food) is a mobile food company based in Corby specializing in authentic Polish food. Expect to see traditional dishes such as pork knuckle and onions in a bun, hot smoked mackerel, grilled vegetables with avocado, braised cabbage and meat as well as vegetarian and vegan options. Believed to be the first mobile street truck in Britain that specializes in Polish cuisine, Catering Events is a new, exciting vendor that we’re excited to add to the bill.
Foodies Street Food Night Market will be held on:
Friday 30th March
S&L Football Club, Occupation Road, Corby, NN17 1EG
